Local pickup and seller policies

Orders are for local pickup only. There is no shipping or delivery. Review the selling shop, contact route, city/state, pickup type, pickup window, product details, customization terms, total, tax, and the shop’s cancellation, refund, and missed-pickup policies before payment.

Private location and collection

The exact address and arrival instructions are available to the verified buyer only after confirmed payment, when the shop marks the order ready, and while no restrictions apply. They are hidden after collection or access revocation. Wait for the ready notification before traveling. The named buyer collects using the collection code; another collector requires an explicit shop-approved exception.

Review, cancellation, and help

A payment or safety review can pause pickup. The shop must resolve the concern or use the refund process; marking an order canceled does not itself complete a refund. Use the shop’s displayed contact route for order help. Private reports can be submitted from an authenticated receipt. Contact local emergency services for immediate threats. Payment, email verification, and collection codes are not guarantees of identity, trustworthiness, or safety.

Required before publication

Supply the platform’s legal name and support contact, confirm merchant responsibilities and applicable cancellation/refund rules, approve retention practices, and obtain qualified legal review. Jurisdiction-specific business disclosures must be reviewed before any private address is withheld from a legally required disclosure.
